He started with NewCastle Home Loans as a Loan Officer working out of his basement, Ryan has helped grow the company to what you see today. Ryan is on track to place in the Top 25 nationwide loan officers on the Scotsman Guides “Top Loan Originator of the Year” for 2013. Ryan loves what he does and wouldn’t trade it for anything!
On a personal note, Ryan is a sports fan and follows all teams. Ryan is married to Tracy, and together they have two wonderful kids, Addison and Jack. They love spending time together and barbequing with friends on the weekends. Ryan splits his time between our St. Louis and Chicago offices.

Kyle can best be described as the “Behind the Scenes Guy” at NewCastle. He invests hours each day studying loan guidelines and investor guides to ensure each client receives the best home loan possible for their unique situation. Since Kyle started in the home loan business in 2003 with Washington Mutual Wholesale, he has held every imaginable position within the lending business. By working with multiple Mortgage companies, from Wells Fargo to CreveCor Mortgage, Kyle can virtually guarantee he will get you the best mortgage possible for YOU. Kyle joined Ryan at NewCastle in 2009.
Kyle received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2002. He lives in Rock Hill with his girlfriend Alexis and their dachshund, Dudley.
Heather has been an Administrative Assistant for 9 years. Heather joined the team at NewCastle in January 2012 and loves all that she has learned about the mortgage business. Heather enjoys meeting and working with new people, and her position within NewCastle allows her to do just that on a daily basis.
Heather is married, and she and her husband Keith have twin daughters, Madison and Abigail. Heather loves sports, Barney’s BBQ, bowling, and having fun with friends and family.
Katie brings 9 years of extensive mortgage banking experience with her to NewCastle. Most recently managing post-closing and investor relations with a large Midwest mortgage banker. She recently started as the Office Administrator and is excited to be a part of the Home Loan Expert team. We are happy to have her and look forward to a long tenure with us. Katie was born and raised in St. Louis. She loves going to Cardinal games and being with her friends and family.

Monte’s favorite part about working in the mortgage business is hearing people’s stories and being able to help them out. It’s this reason that he’s found such a great home here at NewCastle.
Monte grew up in St. Louis and attended John F. Kennedy Catholic High School, where he was an All-State Baseball Player along with playing football. After high school, Monte attended Westminster College where he continued to play baseball. Monte is a huge baseball fan but likes football and golf as well. Monte recently got engaged and enjoys spending his weekends fishing at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Kyle is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and he joined the NewCastle staff February of 2013. Before taking the mortgage industry by storm, he excelled in Radio and Media Sales for 3 years at Emmis Communications. Kyle’s past positions and experience bring a strong sales and marketing background to the team.
Kyle has played hockey his whole life. He attended St. John Vianney High School and continued his education at University of Missouri, Columbia where he graduated top of his class with a Marketing Degree.

Brian started working for Newcastle in 2013 and is a licensed Loan Originator. Upon completing high school, Brian attended the University of Missouri, Columbia. Brian received his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.
Brian and his wife, Danielle, like to spend their weekends in the Soulard area, hiking various parks, and going to concerts, sporting events, and the Lake. What excites Brian the most each day is being able to work in an environment where he can meet new people and see his hard work pay off through the solutions he provides. Add to that the great team Brian works with and the fun environment at NewCastle, and it’s no wonder why Brian is a part of this team.
Senior Account Representative
Tony is an avid numbers guy, loves using his knowledge of computers and math every day and applying it to his position at NewCastle. Tony attended St. John Vianney High School. He then went on to study Interactive Media Design at the University of Advancing Technology in Arizona.
Tony is married to a wonderful woman named Jenny, and they have one awesome kid. In his free time Tony loves baseball and enjoys playing a variety of video games.
Known affectionately as “The Other Ryan”, Ryan Scherff brings over 9 years operations experience with him to NewCastle. Interestingly, Ryan was first a client of NewCastle before joining the team. Ryan grew up in the St. Louis Area but on the other side of the river in Bethalto, Illinois. He attended Webster University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communications.
For the last 6 years or so, you may have caught Ryan wearing his orange and blue at the University of Illinois Fighting Illini home football games; Ryan truly bleeds orange!
